Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Newcamo.com. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Non-returnable items, e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings, personalized/customized products, gift cards, downloadable software products.

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are  final sale and cannot be returned .

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@newcamo.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an RA number may not be accepted.

  3. Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

  4. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid return label.

5. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please Note:

  • You will not receive a refund for the original cost of shipping (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds for returns. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please process a return for the original item and place a new order on our store.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at  support@newcamo.com  within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and/or a description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
